HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
#8056
I agree on the full leather. Not specing that on a targa seems odd.
991.1 targas are expensive even if the build is silly. They are rare and you cannot get them without 4WD. 4WD drive seems to be rewarded disproportionally high by buyers of used 911s.
This particular car is still $20/mile under msrp...

Checked with the dealer: it is indeed sold. If it had a clean record, I'd argue it was a good price, especially if the buyer got them down a few grand. There aren't a ton of 991.1S w/ SC, without accident history, in that price range.

A few of us scored awesome deals in the Boston area toward the end of '16, so I am biased on what qualifies something as a "hot" deal. It will be interesting to see what happens to prices in the next few months as 911s come out of hibernation, and get traded in.

Exactly, it needed to come down closer to $60k

And when they do come out of hibernation, we'll be there, watching!

2016 silver c4s targa pdk, 2k miles. Likely a lot of depreciation, but a gorgeous car.

Any bets on the winning bid? I will go with $125k.

Probably about right. If you were going to pay more, you may as well just build your own. Definitely one of the highest 991's i've seen, but a stunning car.
