Default Agate grey vs Jet black on C4s?

Any thoughts on these two colors?
I love black but the dirt is an issue.

Any regrets over agate grey?

Zero regrets on the agate.... But then I imagine you'll elicit the same response from the black paint population... Truth is they are both great colours.... Black looks astonishing for the first 100 metres after a wash... Agate looks good for 100 miles... Just not quite as good as black for the first 100 metres

Hilarious. Great description.

I've done Porsche black in the past. Great if it doesn't get driven. Porsche paint is very soft and swirls/scratches just by looking at it. I'd have to be on anti anxiety meds if I still had black.

Agate is beautiful. I think you'd be just as pleased.

I have to plug GT Silver which is what I currently have. Absolutely love it. If I was going to buy a second 911 like a GT3 tomorrow (wishing), I'd get Agate.

Plus when you have some metallic flakes in the paint it's a little more forgiving. Jet Black has no depth to it and shows EVERYTHING.

I have had four black cars in recent years, and it does take a lot of effort to keep the paint in good condition, a real lot of effort, but when it's clean and the sun is shining or your driving through a city at night I think black looks great.

I would buy a black car to only drive at night. Kind of like how Dracula rolls. They do look sweet then!

The sunlight gives you away for every swirl/scratch/dust particle. Direct sunlight is blacks worst enemy. Black does hide the shape and lines of the car though. It all kind of blends together. Car manufacturers never show cars in black at shows, etc..

Look at a black Lamborghini next to a white or yellow one. Same for a 911.

No Depth??? Obviously you've never seen one that's been taken care of by someone who knows what they're doing. Almost bought mine in Agate, but it was boring to me. As mine is a play toy and sits for weeks at a time, (Due to my traveling) it's not a biggie.

If you're using it as a DD, I' agree, get something boring like silver!

LMAO

Oh I know black and love it. I'm the most neurotic detail guy I've ever ran across.

I'm a friend of black! My old Cayenne GTS

I can imagine how much work it must have been to make that so clean and shiny.

I happen to think Agate is a beautiful color, looks very nice when clean and hides dirt well (much better than black). Then again, I'm biased.

Not a bit fan of Agate,...to me it is a pretty boring color.

Black while hard to keep clean looks fantastic morning, noon or night.

Easy one for me,.....black.
