Porsche Club of America extends into Canada? Does it include another other countries?
Yes to Canada.
We used to have a region based in Germany, but it was discontinued due to insurance difficulties for covering driving events (around 2004 or so). The German chapter was originally mostly made up of U.S. Military personnel based in Europe and was founded in 1963!

I showed the picture release to my daughter, an expert in all things color, and she says 'you are not going to order that car dad. It is smurf blue'. Hideous she thought. I kind of like it (tail between legs). Not knowing Porsche terminology she also thought the Club Coupe on the side sounded a little umm strange...

This could turn out to be something pretty special. First, you have to be a member of the PCA to win one of the 60 cars, and then there will be a separate lottery for an opportunity to buy one of the remaining 59 cars.
As for the Club Edition itself, I think it's neater-'n-all get out. I'd jump into the queue in a heartbeat if PCNA would sell me one of the 60.
Did anyone else notice the fender gap here? If I'm not mistaken it looks like they left the shipping blocks in there or something... which seems somewhat ridiculous given the press this car is receiving.

Good catch. Maybe GT3 front lift?? I bet the shipping blocks are PTS blue.
