Hello everyone. I took my '13 C2S in for service and had a bunch of campaigns done on it. After that, my entire PCM system has been acting weird. Every option I set, such as comfort entry, adding vehicle voltage to the vehicle menu display, ambient lighting, ect keeps reseting back to default when I turn the car back on.

I have taken it in for service bc of this and they can't figure it out (they said they're doing an investigation on it and will make another appointment when they figure it out).

Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas for solutions?

Make sure you "save to Key" [Mem 3].
Whatever you save there is what gets recalled when you unlock your car via the remote.

Thanks! That solved it. Forgot about that feature when I first set it up. Wonder why porsche service didn't realize that.
