Sport Design Side Mirrors?
Happy with these?
I now now that they do not fold back electrically, but are they adjustable from the interior and are the settings part of the memory package?
Thanks

Yes.
Best part is no black plastic trim on bottom. All body color.
Yes for memory and adjustments.
Does not effect or help buffeting noise.

They certainly look much better. Unless I lived in a major city, I wouldn't get too excited about power mirrors. If you are a detail freak like me, understand they are little more work to clean.

I like the look, was hoping they would help with buffeting though. My car is black, so the bottom plastic trim doesn't cause me any heartburn. I would probably change them otherwise.

Power folding mirrors on a sports car? OMG.
I have the SD mirrors, primarily for the body-colored paint, but also because they look good. No complaints here.
Jim M., I'm glad you could paint yours, but some of us don't have the equipment nor skills to do a factory-quality paint job.

The sport design mirrors look fantastic... It's one option I wish I'd selected.
That said, the power folding mirrors are an excellent indicator for forgetful people like me who can't remember if they locked their car... Porsche didn't include that surprise and delight benefit in the literature

I had what looked like sport design mirrors on my Boxster Spyder and found they whistled. You could affect or minimize the whistle by putting your hand between the mirror and the body. It was frustrating as the mirrors looked good, but the whistle was slight, but annoying.
I agree the black plastic on the bottom of the regular mirrors looks unfinished. I wish Porsche would just offer a single, good looking, non whistling mirror :-(
