How many miles should a factory ordered car have?

Took delivery this week. 9 miles on the odo.

As I stated originally mine had over 20 miles and when I got it there was a small crease on the seat. Ever since I picked the car up it has rattled and despite bringing it to the dealership constantly it still has rattles. I don't know if it had more miles because they were testing if the build quality was bad enough to bring it back in to fix or not, but unfortunately it doesn't look like I was being paranoid.
The warranty is almost up on the car and I'm going to continue to complain and hope they can fix the new rattles I've identified. I'm going to record one of them I told them about last time that is extremely loud that their crack staff apparently couldn't replicate. I wish I could drive car and listen to the engine and enjoy driving it instead of trying to identify where the latest squeaks/rattles are coming from.
I wonder if other people with 20+ miles on their car also had some kind of issue with it.
