Have you considered a silver hood crest to match the wheel caps and accentuate the chrome trim?
I unfortunately missed out on the 50 year edition so I ordered a '15 C4S that's on the boat with the following specs:
Black w/ Carrera Red
Sport Techno
X51 Power Kit
Aluminum window trim
PDCC
PDLS+
No sunroof
I plan to tint it with Huper Premium Ceramic 70% for windshield and Huper Nano Ceramic 30% for sides and rear. Given my love for black cars I will be applying Sonax nano coating...

If anyone is looking, Stevinsonimports.com has a 911-50, Geyser Grey.
Somebody ordered it, paid for it, let it sit at the dealer many months until last weekend. Came in, took it on Saturday, brought it back on Monday. Bizarre. I think it has like 15 miles on it.

Great build on your car, I heartily approve. And you can't go wrong with Huper Optik.
I have thought about going with a silver hood crest -- my 996 C4S had it and it's just a clean look. Although for some reason my wife has taken an arbitrary stance on the gold, which she prefers. I'm seeing if I can negotiate an exchange whereby she gets a handbag. Liking my chances.

But we need pics, there is a distinct lack of 50th pics on this forum - specially black ones as there are so few of them.
