Thoughts on the Gemballa gt kit
I was just taking a look at the new 991 kits by Gemballa and i think it looks pretty great! Does anyone have an idea on the pricing?

Add to that, Gemballa isn't cheap. So the OP has an expensive taste. Allow me to offer a tastefull and pricey alternative:

I don't like it. It's VERY expensive and looks add-on. If you HAVE to do it then go RUF. A little story. My current 911 is my forth. I have done lots of mods over the years. My first 911 was a beautiful 1988 3.2. I put 25K of mods into it---you heard me---25K in 1988! Mainly RUF parts but also Quaife diff, autothority chip, full exhaust, lowered,BBS wheels etc etc. Guess how much extra I got in trade-in? ZERO NOTHING ZIP. Same with my other 911's. So,if you do a first class job you will get nothing back. If you do a crappy job you will loose even more because no one will want it. It's your money but imho factory is usually best. Buyer beware. If I could go back in time I would keep all my cars in original condition and get all my money back for the mods......if you want a faster car get driver training....if you want a flashier car get a Ferrari.

Indeed, best mod is driver training and a well maintained/serviced car !
