I agree with whoever said to fly in, pick it up, and drive back. I did just that, picked it up from the east coast and drove back to Chicago. Incidentally the drivers seat had a 2" scratch in it which the dealer was very good at having repaired professionally - not sure if it would have been so easy to get handled or who to blame if I had it shipped...
