Default Air intake wire mesh grills

Has anyone installed protective mesh for front radiators? Pics?

Noticed that the Rennline Front Bumper Wire Mesh Grill kit does not fit 991s with with parking sensors.

Recommendations for other options would be most welcome.

I'm also interested but have both the parking sensor and all a Sport Desgin front bumper to deal with.

Also, any feedback on the Home Depot gutter mesh stuff. Does it hold up?

Interested as well. Although no damage so far, tired of collecting leaves/rocks/etc.

there was a thread in the 997 forum about a homemade lot that would probably work with some changes. I think the thread title was cheap upgrade or my first upgrade
if memory serves it looked ok except there was a couple of visible zip ties which I would want to avoid

I remember the thread, but always wondered why Porsche wouldn't have included it, even if as an option. Could it decrease air flow and potentially cause issues? I wish we could have a follow up on the gent that installed it in his 997. Anyone up for a trip to the Philippines?

I'm trying very hard to find a kit with a nice gloss black mesh grill. Preferably not a DIY from home depot. Anyone have any luck yet?

I had these done last year on my 991 cab - could not find them available commercially so had my body shop custom make them. Turned out great.
If you are in Los Angeles, I can give you their contact info. Left photo is stock (before) and right is after. Subtle but huge improvement.

JCBH-could you, kindly, post a few more photos? Also, why is there a center one-asthetics or functional? Cheers.

The center was just to cover up the useless plastic piece - we actually removed that and put the mesh...looks much better. Will post more pics later today if possible.

Anyone use this one?

Wonder why it wouldn't work with parking sensors.
