Guys,
I finally go around to taking a few (non professional pictures) of my new 991S. The dull weather that we have had does not do justice to the brilliant shine that this Ruby Red paint reflects.

This car is really growing on me. I am so glad that I did not get the GT-R. The GT-R would have been a faster car, but it is still not a Porsche.

This car is really growing on me. I am so glad that I did not get the GT-R. The GT-R would have been a faster car, but it is still not a Porsche.

Silly question: I see Amaranth Red Metallic on the configurator, but not Ruby Red. Is Ruby being used synonymously with Amaranth, or is it a different color (perhaps PTS)?

Porsche recently removed Ruby and replaced it with Amaranth on the Configurator. Not sure if they just changed the name, or if Amaranth is a completely new color.
