Enjoy. Good run down on most major vehicle features. Porsche says is supplements the manual but is no substitute.

Race Car
Watching that I laughed every time it hit on something that I had heard from the salesman when I picked up the car, but forgot in the excitement of driving off from the dealership, and then spent time looking up when I can't remember how to.
Worse, I end up looking up stuff. It was a good thing PCNA sent an e-mail about how to reset from daylight savings time. After poking the screen to no avail, I found the email (that I had ignored). Am awaiting an official PCNA RTFM reminder.

21:57....
That old guy touched the glass! I saw him do it! WT*?! He got finger prints all over the driver's door window.
I've had to train my friends and relatives that the only thing they're allowed to touch on the car are handles, buttons, safety belt buckles, and arm rests. Why is this such a hard thing to understand?
On a more serious note... Does the cruise control (without the multi-function steering wheel) have a CANCEL function?

And feet touch the floor mat..... period!
Seriously, even letting them touch the door handle is a bad idea- if they would just do that then okay, but they won't. Fingernails scrape up the concave surface just behind the handle every time. Best bet, treat them like royalty, opening and closing the door. Even better, treat like an invalid by lifting their feet up and over the door sill.
Wish I could say I was kidding.... sigh....

Goatgirl and her ditzy friends claw up the concave surface behind the door handles. I keep a thick layer of non-cleaner car wax in there, replenishing it about every other car washing. (Cleaner-wax has a mild chemical polish that wears away at the clearcoat.) Rings scrape up the inside of the handles themselves.
Don't get me started on rivits on blue jeans, and pants back buttons scraping across my Napa leather. I'm not without guilt. I wear cargo shorts and the thigh pocket buttons have scraped the paint off my door arm rest.
PSDS puts clear bra material along the bottom and up the rear side of door sills on their cars.
