My sales guy called me today that they received a memo that 4/4S related info for customer order will be available starting Monday 8/27!! The build will start from October with cars expected to be delivered starting December!!!!!

Has anyone else heard the same?

Please note the optional 'Adaptive Cruise Control' (center/lower front bumper) on the last photo shown of the Carrera 4S coupe! This option will soon appear in our PCNA configurator and will be offered on our 991 models starting later this Fall! It also shows it with the glass sunroof which is expected to be re-listed soon as an option (after experiencing production delays due to supply or quality control issues - we don't know yet exact cause!).

The two last pictures appear to be the Mahogany, the one withe the coupé and the cab side by side is Mahogany too. The other one is Anthracite Brown.
Maybe my Mahogany Carrera2 will be deliverd monday or tuesday...

Good question. I can't really tell if its wider either. The cab's rear looks more rounded, but maybe that's just the 991's shape.

I still do not like the glass roof. Good thing it is an option and not standard.

On all the 997 wide variants there is an additional plastic skirt attachement. I assume this to be true on all the wide 991 variants as well. You can see it on the photos in this thread as well as on the spy shots of the upcoming targa, turbo and gt3.
