Frankly your challenge will be in finding a Porsche dealer
willing to take a chance that you will be around to pay in
full for the 'Miami Blue mit Purple' C2S when it arrives!

If the dealer is stuck with that car for any reason, including
'consumer protection' laws like those in many States (e.g CA,
which allows even those who custom order to walk away),
a $20K loss DOES NOT even begin to describe the financial
'hemorrhage' they'll suffer. You perhaps can afford to be
cavalier about it. But I doubt many dealers will take that
risk with you!

When I purchased my current 991.2 I pre-traded my F430 which was essentially a $85000 deposit! But I see your point, no one else will want the color combo, which is part of the appeal to me!

Default Looking for opinions on deviated stitching color

I'm looking to go with Graphite Blue Metallic paint on a Black leather interior. I think I want the full deviated stitching and I am looking at three colors.

GT Silver
Bordeaux Red
Guards Red

I'm thinking the GT Silver will go well with the GBM. But would it be too bland?

But the Bordeaux looks great on the black interior. Too common?

Guards Red is just a bit more "sporty" but is it too much / too "orangy?"

Ultimately no one can tell me what I will like best but I would love to hear your ideas and opinions.

TIA

My recommendation is to go with the
'GT Silver' deviated stitching on the black
leather interior. It will make it 'pop' &
stand out.

Didn't know you could order a hood in different color. Voodoo Blue as well.

We reported it...back in 2014. That's why you need
to read each & every post in our popular 'custom ordering'

I had that option when I was ordering my Targa. Declined in that particular case since it would have been a feeble attempt to make a Targa look more GT3RS'ish.

When Exclusive offered that option up, though, I knew we had exhausted every other possibility

That has to be resale poison (in any color). Why not save $7,000 and wrap the hood?

So that is as far as I am willing to take
it. After all, it's their company & they
can do as they please with it. My more
immediate concern now, quite frankly,
is deciding between 'Rosso Corsa' &
'Rosso Scuderia'.

ROSSO SCUDERIA !!!

Yes, if I get to have a choice on
finding the 'perfect' 458 to buy
in the secondary market, it will
indeed be 'Rosso Scuderia'!
