exhaust sounds great. This is how it sounds when I pushed them at NJ Speedway

Quite the ride! Was not aware motorcycles were allowed with the cars!

It's a very un-German free-for-all! Buses, bikes, cars...

Not sure. Mine sounds exactly like that. The new engines sound really good with and without sport exhaust. Blows apart my 997.2 sound.

the time near 8secs is not bad considering the traffic.
This furthers my belief that the new 3.4 is faster than a 997.2 S.

I'd never heard of "the ring" before buying a Porsche (coming from a BMW). It's great to see how much love there is for this great car and all the knowledge that surrounds it. I was humbled by this video, and how matter-of-fact the two were driving the course in what appeared to be rush hour traffic. Very cool-thanks for posting.

The difference is there for sure in the overrun burble- I love it. But the sound difference is greater from outside the car than in, so I am trying hard to convince myself I don't need it!!!!

I figured that I'd look at the video for a quick porsche fix - mine is at the dealer for a radar detector install - fix didn't work. The 991 on that video sounded wonderful! Can't wait until mine is back tomorrow. Only 700 more miles on the break in.

They gave me a panamara 4 loaner. What a snoozer. Very boring car.

I like driving the Panamera 4 -- quite a fun, big "saloon" driver. Lively handling, sharp, "pointy" steering, stout brakes, taught chassis. What's not to like? ... oh yeah ... just don't look at it as you get in ... : )

For a lap of the ring, the 991 could at least give the 997.2S a run for its money.

The traffic didn't add up to much, maybe a few seconds over the course of 8 minutes.

Ring aficionados like Larry Cable here on RL say that anything under about 8 minutes BTG is a very decent time for a GT3! I think you have to credit the driver.

Oh yah. And if he drove in PDK sport plus, that would have also helped with time
