I really like those wheels, easy to clean and I think the contrast color is great with the Agate Gray!

Beautiful car. You shouldn't miss the old one, as they are very close in colour. Would love to get your insight on why you went with the base. You probably test drove both. I have not seen a lot of reviews on the base. The few that I have read seem to be high praise. Cheers.

What's the latest? I am guessing your car did not arrive in Ohio today as the dealer predicted?

To answer a couple questions. I went with the base Carrera to keep the cost in line. While the S is about $14K more expensive it does have more standard features. They appear to command a $5K premium four or five years later. I was just trying to manage to a lower depreciation in dollars.

The only options were Agate, PDK, Sunroof, Sport steering wheel, and phone package. Base stereo is great, cleaner sounding than the Bose in my 997.

Thanks for the input on the base stereo. I have a base on my 997 and ordered base on the 991 Cab to keep the cost down.
