Thinking about this build, opinions?

Been seriously contemplating getting a 991 for a while now, not planning on selling my 4S, and my goal is a performance oriented stripper. I've included my potential build below, let me know what you guys think. I tend to spend my daily commutes trying multiple routes at varied hours (coping method for Seattle's traffic) so I thought the digital log book sounded interesting. Thought about the Bose radio but decided against it as I've turned on the one in my 996 maybe five times total. The symphony of the flat 6 is enough for me :)

How about
483 TPMS
and
840 3 spoke steering wheel with paddles

I like the build, but I'd never pay $1,700 for a log book and parking nannys.

I would add the heated steering wheel.

TPMS=Tire Pressure Monitoring System? Isn't that standard equipment? No need for paddles on steering wheel since he didn't specify PDK.

Yes, TPMS=Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
It is an option in HK (around USD1,700):banghead:
I like the SportDesign steering wheel more than the standard one. I think you can pick this option even 7 manual.

I agree, I'd lose the log book and park assist. Great color choice, BTW.

I agree on the SportDesign Steering Wheel. I have it on my 6 sp. GTS and love it. I was just pointing out that since he didn't want PDK, there was no need to get it for the paddles.

Seat ventilation.

While vent seats would be nice, the OP's goal is perf and minimal options. I'd pass on the cooled seats.

Satellite radio. I've seen Agate in a number of lighting conditions and find it lifeless and dull.

I agree. Not to offend anyone that has an Agate Gray 991, but my dealer has one that someone traded with only 1,000 miles, that I looked at when I had my GTS in for an oil change last week. The color just seemed dead and dull to me.

drop PDCC - these things are already flat as a pancake & it tends to disconnect you from the feel of the drive

Does it add weight? I would rather have these than sport chrono in a MT.
