The fact that it got bigger, even by a little bit I view as a large negative. I don't like the front at all and in fact I wouldn't mind if it got smaller. I know you have to reserve judgment until you see it in the flesh but I'm not very optimistic.
This could be another 996 moment; maybe worse.

well, there is always something to be drooling about, as usual.

To me, it seems like the rear taillights are just semi-transparent stickers over the real lights ... I wonder what it will look like when all of the camo gets removed.

looks like the rear wing has been widened.... I like the "S" specs.
"The engine range follows the current car, with the 3.6-litre flat-six Carrera model’s power and torque rising 20bhp and 20Nm respectively, to 365bhp and 400Nm. The 3.8-litre unit in the Carrera S boasts the same gains, taking power to 415bhp and torque to 440Nm."

wouldnt +20hp = 405hp for the new S? 415 would imply a 30hp gain which is very un porsche like. After all, they need to hold some hp back n order to offer it in the x51 package.

they were never able to make dry sump mezger engines cost effective, even with current ridicolous pricing or they would never try to invent m96/m97 and DFI substitutes.
