Wheel spacer question 991.1 20 inch turbo wheels

I have a 2015 991.1 c2 cab with 20 inch turbo wheels. I wanted to put on some wheel spacers for a better stance. 15 mm back, 10mm front all around good? Any suggestions? I will eventually run 305s in the rear. Will it rub with 15mm? Thank you!

I had that exact setup on my 2012 C2S, also ran 305's with no rubbing. Go for it. Get hub centric spacers with new longer studs. The only downside was the studs I had didn't have the anti-theft studs, so I lost that feature.

No issues at all, there is more than enough clearance on a NB car for a 15mm spacer, unless your "Turbo wheels" aren't Turbo styled but the 11.5" exact wheels off a 5-Lug turbo car, which I am pretty sure they aren't. Yours seem to be the Turbo look wheels for a NB car, correct?

As for the anti-theft feature mentio@Jim M. , a $40 kit from amazon has "keys" for all of our "anti-theft" lugs, anyone who wants to steal the wheels, can do it.

I’m kind of wondering why some of us put spacers on our 911s to begin with? I can’t see the designers getting the offset wrong for the package they are trying to deliver (in my case a .2S) and I have to think placing the wheels out further places more stress on the axles and bearings than perhaps the designers wanted given a safety factor.

I get the aesthetics though. When I changed my P0s to my now PS4Ss I saw immediately the Michelins were about 1/2 inch wider. The tire is now even or perhaps a bit outside the side of the fender. I don’t think I would want it even more so for picking up road material.

Thank you! The picture is for reference. The car was optioned with code 429, 20 911 Turbo wheels. So are they turbo look wheels that porsche offered? Here is the actual car!

Thank you! I am thinking of lowering the car with H and R springs, I think about 1 inch and change all around. Do you think there may be an issue the with the 15mm/10mm spacers? Yes I will gt the hub centric. Thanks again! The 305s are 10 mm wider than the 295s I have on now, so if I run 305s with the spacers it will be 25 mm wider than stock. Right?

If you add spacers, also get appropriately longer mounting hardware.

Another thing to be aware of; when I ordered my spacers, they came with longer studs, but the heads were silver (unpainted). Not a big problem, but I had to paint them the first time and touch them up 2 or 3 times during my ownership of the car. I don't know if you can specify black studs.

Thank you! I ordered from ECS and the spacers and studs are black, well, I hope what I ordered and what is sent are the same. :) I am excited. I was away from the P world for 5 years, while I played in the M world, but I wanted to come back to my first love.
