Zunnsport Grille Issue
 

991.2 owners, have any of you installed the Zunnsport grilles and have binding on the electric louvers? I opened my car today to get something out and my left side motor tried to run for about 5 minutes. Using an Allen wrench I pulled the grille out a little but it didn’t fix the issue. Did other rennlisters just disconnect the motor?

I have installed the grilles on my 991.2S and the louvers are working fine. No need to disconnect the motor. You might have your left Zunnsport grilles a bit bend and it is messing with your louvers. Take a closer look and check the shape of the grill.

The center grill fitment is crap, but that’s another story.

I installed the three grills and they do have issue with QA, they do not match in shape, I had to bend mine.

Wouldn't buy them again as their support sucks. They don't interfere withe active slats on mine.

Some have removed the slats but left the mechanism in place.
