Default GMG Porsche 991.1 Carrera 4 GTS Cab gets a more aggressive look and stance

If you're going to daily drive a 911, might as well make it exactly the way you want right? We gave this Porsche 991.1 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet a small makeover to make it a little more aggressive looking, while still being practical. To pump up this Carrera's looks, we installed a Techart spoiler, H&R lowering springs, clear side markers, front mesh inner grill, changed the "GTS" on the side to yellow (to match the calipers), and front spoiler lip in black. Sitting just a tad bit lower and putting the Techart Spoiler has really given this car a whole new look!

For information on any of the parts listed in this build please contact GMG Racing at - 1.714.432.1582 or email Sales@gmgracing.com

Looks amazing. Great work.

Would love to see this in a Targa 4 GTS.

Nice...the little details really make the car! I know it is nitpicking but I would have made the "GTS" side decals match the back, which has just the "S" in Yellow, or make the rear "GTS" emblem all Yellow. I was considering doing the same on my car with the rear emblem so thanks for showing me and all of us what that looks like.

Zips up flame suit.

I dont want to **** anyone off. But I think the wing looks outdated. I feel like it totally aged the look of the car. I'd have got the sports design spoiler or GT3 touring lip myself. But to each their own.

No offense meant to GMG or the owner of that GTS.

Well done GMG. I wonder how you are able to achieve that flush look at the rear with lowering springs and stock wheels.

No offense taken, everybody has their own taste.

I like it all, except for the shield stickers on the side and the lump under the wing.

Are the GTS emblems on the door, and S on the rear the same color as the PCCBs? Who made them?

Wow, love the front lip, yellow GTS and S in the back. Really playing with yellow as a secondary color well. Black on the roof and rims just looks great and is a nice contrast to the silver.

What I don't love: Porsche side shields - overdone and unnecessary IMO and a poor imitation of the Scuderia shield on Ferraris. Black stone guards (too much black and too busy on the side IMO).

Stickers are the customer's personal touch. As long as he's happy! Haha

They were made to match the calipers, a local shop made them. If interested in a set, give us a call or shoot us an email and we can take care of you! - sales@gmgracing.com / 714.432.1582

Yes, we love how everything came together.

Maybe he's a previous Ferrari owner and old habits die hard?

I'm totally aged myself. My tastes are ossified in the 90's, and I miss the wing on my Toyota Supra Turbo. Even though it did pretty much diddly squat in terms of actual downforce.

I've got a 991.2 4 GTS cab myself, and I'd dearly love to get a wing. I'm not in California, though, so I'm not going to be contacting GMG.

I'm not fond of what they did with the stickers. The extra Porsche emblem is OK, even if I wouldn't do it myself, but I don't like the yellow GTS / S stickers. Customer taste, of course.

The lowering isn't really obvious to me. I can see it if I compare photos side by side, but it doesn't leap out at me. On the positive side, at least the camber on the wheels looks pretty much normal afterward. I've seen so many badly lowered cars where it looks like the wheels are going to fall off at any moment because they're at a severe angle.
