I’ll be ordering the third radiator kit from Suncoast Porsche for 991.2 4 GTS. Does anyone know how much coolant will be needed? What is the total coolant capacity for this model? Added capacity of the 3rd radiator? I checked the manual and can’t find a capacity. Car has 1200 miles. Reusing the drained coolant should be ok or just recycle that and fill with new G40 coolant? Thank you for the help.

It will be close to 23 liters. You need about 3 gallons of coolant and 3 gallons of distilled water.

I'd just replace it with new. It contains anti-corrosion additives which get consumed. When doing the labor I'd want new fluid.

Thanks for the info. I’ll get 3 gallons of coolant and 3 gallons of distilled water. If it needs more, I’ll have the coolant that drained.

Two gallons of concentrated coolant should be enough. Please make sure you read the mixing ratios on the back of the bottle, it varies depending on your location temperature.
