Yes. A tuner in So Cal bought my S turbos for $3200.
I know of one pair for sale. A friend of mine was asking $4k for his with more mileage than mine, but last I knew there has been little or no interest for used ones at that price. I recommended he drop his price, which I think he will.

Awesome! So out the door with cat delete install mustve been like 5-6 grand. Totally worth it!
I must say that out of all the cars last week yours was the loudest. By far! Got me thinking if I should get the kline pipes, its only $450 and I can DYI install iin 1-2 hrs. Just dont know if I can live with CELs and the smell. But it sounds soooooooooooo goooood! The gts turbos make it sound deeper/ meaner too probably due to less muffling.

Maybe I was just lucky, in the right places at the right times.

The only thing the T has that I would really care about are LWB and rear seat delete, so I would take an S. Plastic windows are cool and all, but not so cool as to dissuade me from an S and the short shifter is a small project to add. And I don’t care for stickers or the T interior. An S you get more power and available power kit, PTS or Night Blue, espresso leather, wood trim etc.
The thing is, for comparable spec, the S is more money. And rather misguidedly, a lot of Ts got specced like S with sunroofs and heavy seats and PDK.
Horses for courses and all.

All comes down to spec and what you like. There's no blanket "T is better than S" because configuration can dramatically change these cars.
I'd take a 991.2 S with 7MT, Sport PASM, and 4WSS+ over a 991.2 T with PDK, 18-way seats, etc. But this really is a matter of preference. Someone else may not want a 7MT, Sport PASM, or 4WSS+. Speaking of less is more, I wouldn't skip a nicely equipped (whatever that means for you) base Carrera in your search. It drives very, very closely to the Carrera T.

I personally would prefer the S (I like power, bigger brakes) but the T is a very nice package. There really isn't a wrong answer.

Having just spent some time in a 991.1 CS PDK and a day in my new CT I would say the cars are really very different. The CS seems composed, tougher to get the power out of it, but then it comes on strong. It's quieter, more composed, more of a GT car. The CT feels more raw, noisier, maybe not the power but loads of it to have some fun really working the gears and more of a back road, juvenile, ripper. I personally like the badging and what they did with the agate grey mirrors, wheels etc... It's a nice, distinct package if that's what you are looking for. And I did use the back floor space to store the gift from the dealership, so happy that I chose the 4WSS+ seats in leather and Sportex. My vote, obviously, is for the T.

There is only one right answer. The Carrera T. I am exceptionally biased, however......
(For every 10 GT cars there is only 1 Carrera T...not sure if that is at all interesting, but thought I'd mention it)

Drive both and see for yourself. There is no substitute for seat time. What car is it replacing? The T feels lighter and more tossable than the S, they just dialed in the car that way. If you have twisties by you the T is hard to beat. If not, just get the S in whatever spec you like. The T is really wasted on straight roads honestly.
Its not always about HP. My T is pushing at least 450-470 at the crank, and I back to back drove it with a GT3 manual. Similar hp, but no comparison. The GT3 feels so much more solid and planted. Holy **** that car is tight! I love it! The T feels much more comfortable and waaay lighter/more flexible than the GT3 did. Its a gentleman's driver's car. LOL
