Agree with the feedback that the zip ties could be a touch longer just to have plenty of length to play with but otherwise no problems and happy with the results. Fit was 95%, a smidge off in the lower / center section on both sides but so minor that it's not really visible, particularly with the grille being black and behind the wings. Great price point / fit / value.

Thank you for the feedback! Yes, longer cable ties are now included.

Default Rubber

This is perfect for me s I need to work around multiple laser and Rf detectors. Where did you get the rubber edging ?

The rubber edging was leftover from a greenhouse kit I built for my wife. So not much help there, but any flexible u shaped trim piece you might find from auto parts, Home Depot etc would work.

This is the edging I used -- it doesn't have any adhesive but seems to be staying in place so far:

However, I've learned these grills do not fit my 991.1 opening (without the vertical strake). What's there on half of the opening is a large plastic piece that's integrated into the horizontal strakes. There's no room to fit the grill between the strakes and the plastic molding. Even if you could fit it there, you are blocked by a vertical plastic connector that attaches the strakes to the large plastic molding. Unless I'm missing something, they don't fit. See attached image where the strakes and the molding connect.

I have the same, I wonder if those can be removed. Feels like there are a couple screws on the other side. Of course bumper needs to come off and that defeats the whole purpose for these no bumper removal grills

P.S.
Why are they even there?

@malahhaor unfortunately Porsche has many variations and the base cars have a shroud that covers half of the radiator opening. We will pay for shipping back as we did not know about this variation until now. PM me and we can either custom fabricate a set to fit half of the opening or gladly refund your money.

Installed mine yesterday. Very happy with fit, quality and instructions. The zip ties coming pre-fit/positioned made the job even easier. I think it took me 30 minutes all in, most of the time was spent cleaning my radiators/recess with air compressor and vacuum before fitting.

Sorry for the confusion. I actually didn't purchase it. I realized something is different about my bumper just in time. Then I saw someone also posted the same.
But thank you for being a top notch on this @RGS !

Got mine last week as well. As mentioned, installation was very easy. Car looks cleaner with this on.
