My car didn't come with the HD radio option for the PCM. Does anyone know if it's possible to add the HD radio hardware aftermarket? Maybe find a wrecked car & do a PCM swap? I can't find a thing on what is actually different to add HD radio to the car...

I've asked Suncoast this and they said it it is not currently possible to add HD Radio as a software/hardware/upgrade.
