I am very OCD with my car and any rock chips would drive me nuts for couple of weeks until I accepted it and move on. I recently found 3-4 new rock chips on my Xpel film and I just smile knowing the film did protect the paint underneath. For me I prolly apply xpel to all my new cars from now on.

Only if its a good installer, otherwise you get minor dents, ugly edges, crease lines, chemical overspray, swirl marks, and razor lines from the install. That or you get some rock chips... pick your poison.

I’ve had it on some cars and do have it SUV. I prefer the look and maintenance of just ceramic coating...learnt to deal with minor chips...touch up nicely with dr color chip and not visible from normal viewing distances and hidden if there is a little dirt on the car. You kinda stop caring too much after a while honestly.

Suntek Ultra is what’s preferred now a days. There is a 10 year non transferable warranty on non-wear, but honestly I think they assume no one keeps their cars that long. You still need to care for it just nornal clear coat or it fades.

Yes it is worth it. Just do the front, no need to do the full body and save yourself some money.

If you are really interested use the search button. Plenty of info on Xpel and others.
Have you been living in a cave. Stuff has been around for years with plenty of reviews.

Hey man, don't call a guy out because he's been living under a rock inside a cave 5000 feet under the sea

Those who have PPF full front.. are all your edges fully tucked in? A few installers told me that some parts have to be cut to the edge instead of wrapped, otherwise they'd need to dissemble the entire piece to wrap..

Yes, find a different installer. Even precut patterns can be adjusted to be slightly larger in order to wrap edges, or use custom cut pieces.
