I have a friend who runs six pipes on the back of his early 1970s 911...I think mainly to torque purists. It's an old Abarth exhaust, and leave it to Abarth to do six pipes. Have to admit it does sound pretty good...and makes me smile whenever I see it.

The non-PSE quad exhaust looks great. The 991.1 guys have it better when it comes to PSE, both in looks and in sound

Cyberbug, I hate corvettes. Some can be cool looking, but it’s not a Porsche!
I thought it might be a interesting look. Something different!

I don’t need your smart *** comments. I’ve owned 9 Porsche’s and don’t need your ****.

‘Definitely avoid forums...and may be the internet

surprising part is you owned 9 Porsche and hate corvettes yet you want to put a center quad exhaust on a 911..

btw...smart *** is still smarter than an ***....internet is full of both....relax now, You did ask and this is a specific thread

Four pipes together in the middle? No thanks...

I much prefer the quad tips spread to the normal left and right side to the PSE or anything else for the Carreras. now the two center tips for GT3 models...well that's my favorite period haha.

Wonder how many 991.2 PSE owners would switch away from PSE's split pair at center to the duals to either side of the rear bumper if all that is needed is a Sharkwerks exhaust + the black plastic trim piece from the Carrera/S?

Nope. I like my center duals. I think it looks distinctive.

I like the side quad look but I also don't hate my center duals either.

There's actually another reason to like them. When I asked an engineer why they're spaced the way they are, his answer was simple: The sound is better when they're closer, at center.

I paid a few days back but do not have an ETA. Think I read here that it will take 4+ weeks to produce..
