I absolutely love mine! They keep the wheel from becoming shiny with hand grease and provide some comfort in the cold

I live in the Caribbean with my 991.2 Targa S driving it with top down as much as possible.

I am considering use driving gloves to improve the grip to the steering wheel as I found the surface a bit slippery.

Anyone else has such concern with steering wheel (my wheel surface is graphite blue)?

I used these on an extended trip across the US and Canada from 2016-2018. I drove a Ram 2500 truck, towing a 30' Airstream approximately 50,000 miles.

The leather is good average quality, nothing special. On cold days they help insulate the control surfaces. When it's hot they allow some "stiction" between your hands and the leather of the steering wheel. I would not get them wet though. They'd be useless in a real winter situation if they did. I like the fact that they have a basic snap closure.

I still keep the pair I used on the road in the 991.2 and use them from time to time. Especially if I forget to put in the sun shade in the car parking at work; the steering wheel can get pretty daggone hot here in Florida from the sun.

Cheers. Get some gloves. And a hat.
I totally agree and I'm just in the throws of ordering a non-multi-function, 4-stalk clock spring steering wheel for my T.

And... I just bought these for summer driving and they're GREAT. Suncoast. https://www.suncoastparts.com/produc...ENSGLOVES.html

I like/have/use them. Incidentally, if I choose to wear only a pink thong while driving and an Omega Speedmaster around my left ankle while lip sinking to Frank Zappa's Catholic Girls it is of zero concern to me "what others think".

Whoa. That's quite a picture! Now how do I get rid it?

I have 2 pairs but rarely use them as I may bust my cool meter. Check this Czech company out. Solid supple buttery gloves.

I don't use gloves, but I have bought shoes, socks and a leather bag from Driver's Gearbox. Everything is very high quality.
