The only thing that prevents me from taking the 911 ALL of the time is lack of adequate parking.

Yep, even with my 991 being my daily driver I still will just go for no other reason than for fun. Or I will think of somewhere to go just for the sake of driving there and back.

Almost every time I take out my car, a good part of the motivation is driving for fun. Local drives and multi-day road trips included.

Often. Have had the car for just over one month and have over 2000 miles in it. All but about 300 of those miles were just driving for the sake of driving.

Usually early Sunday mornings, on those rare occasions when traffic is very light, I'll do a loop around Mulholland in the Santa Monica mountains. Typically about 70-100 miles. Leaves a big smile for the rest of the day!!

Okay, I admit it. I was the "never" guy. Could have easily voted otherwise. My thinking is that even on my drives for the fun of driving, there is a purpose and a place. I don't just randomly jump in the car and start driving, but I do take the my GTS (and soon my GT3T) out simply for the sake of driving, so perhaps my vote should be redacted.

Almost exclusively "Point A to Point A".

The main reason I got this car was to bond with my teenage son. I figured what better way to "hold him captive" for a day? So, almost every Sunday morning we head out early to one of the many "driving roads" and have an absolute blast.

My 911 is my fun car and I drive it everyday I’m home. I go on spirited drives and it’s almost exclusively pt. A to A. I wish there was a track nearby but I can find some roads near me where I can flog the beast.
