May 2017 build. No major issues. Just unlucky with nails in tires and pebbles caught in brakes.
Only thing replaced under warranty was the water pump and I had no idea that it was faulty. Dealer changed it out for me when the vehicle was in for an oil change.
Closing in on 15k miles.

You may want to hold off then to give yourself time to do some research and not rely on a few posts in one thread. Or take a couple hours and search the forums.

So I found a 2017 911 C2. Just a base model with the 3.0 turbo rwd. A few options on this car. Potentially trading my Panamera in for it this weekend. Is there any concerns with these cars? I haven’t heard much bad about them. It would still have warranty til 5/18/20 but I’m just wondering from those who own one what concerns there may be or things I need to check for. With the 992 coming out, should I wait for these to drop in price more? Asking price is around $74k. Any help would be great.
I agree w/the post above that says you should delay purchase and leave yourself time to research a bit more. Otherwise, what's the point of asking if there are any issues? There are always issues with all cars. The question you need answered is how prevalent are they and how bad are they and learning that is going to take more time. Just asking people here means you're trusting a bunch of anonymous strangers to have properly reviewed and assessed the situation for you. Not sure that's better than not bothering to ask at all and just relying on Consumer Reports or other organizations who attempt to assess owner satisfaction or reliability.

Boy, they're giving you a hard time for giving all us old boys with nothing better to do than peruse and tespond to posts. You've done nothing wrong, don't blame you for checking out the easy option. And crack on, buy the bloody car.

I don't recall seeing anyone post about it but the door panels for the 991.2 are the same as the .1, which I think is concerning since we still get posts about door warping problems on here from time to time. I hope that it is fixed with the .2 but I am not holding my breath...

Yes, Cobb has a PDK tuning option, but conventional wisdom is that it is not the same as Sport Plus mode and not as effective.
Again, PDK with no SC on a 991 = Deal Breaker for me. YMMV.
