Default 2015 911 Carrera GTS

Hey guys and gals, new to the forum, but as the name implies, a huge BMW guy. I've been fortunate to have been able to be active among a couple BMW forums where the abundance of knowledge and experience has been invaluable. Having that been said, I'm in a dilemma as I'm asked to help a friend with a market I have very limited experience in. Was hoping you guys would be able to chime in and maybe help a different forum member score a "great deal."

My friend, computer illiterate to say the least, wants to sell his 2015 911 GTS. From what he's told me, the rarity of the GTS model will aid in moving this process. But even within that he's stated these rare options as well:

Aerokit
5 lug wheel mount
Existing factory warranty through 10/19
CPO factory warranty (unlimited miles) through 10/21

A little about the car, it's Black with Luxor Beige Leather. PDK, BOSE, Premium Package PLUS, Sports Chrono and instruments in white, ParkAssist, Ornamental Porsche Crest, Porsche Crest Embossed Headrests, Power Sport Seats, Aerokit Cup, 20" Carrera S Wheels. Paint is great, leather as well.
Mileage 42,500.
MSRP $137,755.
Located in Los Angeles.

Million dollar question, what would be a good starting point in terms of price to get this in an enthusiast's hands who would and could appreciate it more than my buddy. Something realistic as he doesn't want to haggle bag and forth, and wants to make it as easy a transaction as possible.

Appreciate anyone's help and thanks in advance!

ps Will update and post images once the car is ready. It just started raining in Socal and will hopefully have it showroom ready over the weekend.

Thanks guys, appreciate the response. Gives me a good idea based on that and what I've seen on Cargurus, nationalpreownedporsche, and autotrader.
