I ordered from them back in June last year. Shipping and guards were flawless. 8 months later they are mostly rock chipped, faded and discolored. I emailed them around December but they never reached back.
Also don’t forget that the magnetic numbers won’t stick to your doors or hood, which are aluminum. They do do offer good quality vinyl numbers that have an adhesive backing.
same here. Placed order over a month ago, received an order confirmation few days later. But after that no more updates....still waiting
Lol. At least you got an order confirmation. I didn't hear anything for months. My order showed up at my door one day and my credit card was charged. Happy enough with the product but I've learned not to expect a lot of customer service from these guys.

Same here. He’s very quick to respond to potential orders, then after he’s got your money, crickets.
Took a few weeks to get mine. Phoned in for an update and Dan answered and was helpful. Said they'd be produced that week and to his word I received them the next.
It took about two months for me - if you search you'll find other threads that all echo what everyone else is saying here. Nice guy but I have to assume this is a side project at best for him since he is not responsive unless you get him on the horn. Then he is great.
Thank you. Was just curious if anyone else is just placing them over the top. My car is ceramic coated so not sure I want to remove the clear guard so I’ve just been placing my magnagraphik over the original
Just got a hold of Dan at Magnagrafik, he assured me that they just finished cutting a big sheet today and everything will goes out on Monday. Just thought I would share the good news with fellow rennlisters that had place an order...keep your finger cross.
