V250 Impatience

V250 Impatience
As I am impatiently waiting for the start of the build of my beautiful new baby, I thought I would check with my RL friends to see if the V250 and other build dates are holding true. Currently, I'm about 28 days from the V250 step. Any thoughts or encouragement you guys can provide is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the encouragement and for the reply. Trust me, I have been scouring the recommended threads hoping to find some additional information. Just wanted to see if any of us on the home stretch of the 991.2 run had any updated information.

This. They have access to the current info. It's been weird lately. I've ordered a few cars over the last five years, but this one froze on 1/16 (early, as often seems to be the case) and was on a ship leaving Emden 2/5. Blindingly fast.
Unless you have something different about your order (PTS, LTS or a bunch of CXX stuff, etc.), my guess is you'll be ahead of schedule.
Ask your SA to send you a screen shot of his dealer software showing your build status and let you know what ship it ends up on. Then you can follow Marine Traffic's web site.

I got mine 2 - 3 weks early.
My SA said Porsche over estimates all the dates.
Only time SA didnt have info was the last step when the car had cleared customs but waiting for drop off by truck.

I got mine almost 2 months early. I've read through a lot of delivery posts here and there does seem to be a somewhat recent trend towards delivering 991.2's very quickly. At least in the U.S.
I had a bunch of garage updates planned and the car arriving two months ahead of the initial schedule threw me off a bit. I'm not complaining though.
