New to me 991.1 in Bay Area (Now with pics)
Hey guys,
Closed my previous thread, now that I have the car in person and took a few pics (albeit, cloudy day here in the Bay). Carrera S in Agate grey, with red natural leather. I'm not a huge fan of the Carrera Classic wheels, but as the wheel center is the same color as the car color, it's growing on me. Taking a look at the HRE FF04s as potential future replacement.
This is my first Porsche, and even though it's only been about 24 hrs, I'm liking the experience so far.
Look forward to learning from everyone here, posting more pics of the new ride, and hopefully meeting up with other local Bay Area members for meets and drives. Just joined PCA and plan on joining the local Diablo chapter.

Congrats on the car. I agree that the Carrera Classics tend to grow on you. They also seem to hide brake dust a lot better than the other wheel options. Enjoy your new ride.

Yeah I agree. I think I would have gone a similar direction even if buying new/when I get the next one.
Ha, have some friends at work with 911s and Caymans and they said the same thing about the track.

Any of you guys also camera fans too? Shot these with a Fuji X-Pro 2 and 35mm lens. I had to decrease quality for the upload unfortunately...guess I can just host elsewhere now that I think about it for better resolution.
