OP - Note the letters are on the same level as the points on the taillights and yours are higher, which I assume you know by now based on the recent posts.

Bottom. Use the detailed diagram shared above. The duplicate colors means they share the same measurements.
The letters are positioned ever so slightly different on certain letters to make a very subtle arch. It is not correct to use a straight edge and line them across like Scrabble :-)

Also, I just measured this one from the dealer which is just PORSCHE with model delete. https://www.porschebellevue.com/new/...cd254ea359.htm
I went and measured it, the distance from the top of "S" to the top edge of the bumper was 2.4675" (which is less than 2 11/16 or 2.6875").

While on the subject of lettering and re-lettering, what is the best way to remove existing letters without damaging paint/clearcoat?
