Default Reasonable trade-in value on a 2017 C4S, 13K mi, PTS (Fashion Grey)

I have a new Porsche coming in the next few weeks. Anyone know what's a reasonable trade-in value for my current C4S? KBB seems wildly optimistic, just don't want to get totally screwed when I trade it in : )

Many thanks in advance: Details and some pics below…

2017 C4S, PTS Fashion Grey, 13K mi
Full PFF on whole car. Never been tracked (I know that doesn't really make any difference to value to a dealer)

I have no idea on value, but wanted to compliment you on a superb build and beautiful car. Wow.

What on earth could be replacing it?!

Thanks! I think it's a good looking car too — but I'm biased

I have a GT3 Touring coming and can't keep both.

Wow! Perfect build. For NYC (and environs) driving, I'd take your car over a GT3. Beautiful and unique car.

Thanks : ) . Yeah, it's very usable, I expect the GT3 to be more much less so (it's really just for fun). However we're having a baby, so any 911 I have will need more practical stablemate/replacement at some point.

Just as a data point I traded my 2017 GTS (GT silver, PDK, PCCB, Burmeister, etc. -it was loaded $168k MSRP!) in April of 2018. It had 2,500 miles on it and the best offer I got from a dealer was $127k. I didn't really play hardball though.

I'm in the NYC area as well and have 1,600 miles on my GT3. So far its been great. Frankly, not much harsher than the GTS.

Great to hear. I have PASM Sport on the C4S (like the GTS) so already used to a firmer ride — presuned the GT3 wouldn’t be much harsher.

Nice C4S! Great choice the on incoming Touring. You will be a happy camper!

I dealer traded my 991.2 TTS w/3K miles. Was butt-hurt on the valuation I received but it went away real fast after logging the first few hundred miles on the GT3T.

No regrets!

Gorgeous car. If it wasn’t such a stupid idea for me, we’d be talking about a sale. I’ve got a 2015 GTS and love it, but your car is sorely tempting. Which leads me to my point - a dealer will sell that car in days. It’ll be gone so fast that your neck will snap around. They’ll put a premium on the desirable PTS color, but may tell you that it’s not really a factor in your trade value. Using PorscheFranks numbers, and factoring in the reasonable but slightly higher mileage, you’re at ~ $108K. I have no idea if that’s a good number, but it’s an extrapolation of his offer.

I assume that you’re trading the car on the Touring (congrats btw. I think it’ll go down as the best modern 911 ever built) at a specific dealer ? You’re trading it for the tax break ?

If it weren't for the PDK, I'd rather have the C4S. In fact, I'd have made you an offer on it. GLWT.

Talking to a guy yesterday; he got $85k trade (offer) from his dealer for a 2017 C2S, $133k build, manual, with all sport options and 13,000 miles.

It seemed a little low.....I have seen cars like that sell here private party in the mid 90's.

I think your trade offer is very fair! $17k off a year-old car? That certainly beats $48k off a 2-year old car.
