The bracket and clips yes. Some of the hardware is redundant since they are the same as what you removed from the stock parts.
Just order the parts list, you will be fine.

So for the parts list is this correct:
Added PSE heat shield ( will need to be modified to remove center bit ). ( Porsche part number 991 505 811 04 )
Added PSE valance. ( not pictured in this step ). ( Porsche part number 991 505 475 04 )

Also, sidenote; I spoke with SOULPP a bit more and for being street legal, can just get the sport HFC with the turboback setup.
