Coming from a 991.1 C4S with sport chrono and moving into a 991.2 C2 without sport chrono, I can honest say the only thing I really miss is the sport+ shifting.

I searched for PDK tuning and couldn't really find out the info Im looking for. Is there a tune available that mimics the hardcore shifting of sport+?

My old car would almost rip your face off when it shifted when WOT in sport+ mode.

Doesnt exist on the .2

.2 cars with SC do require facial reconstruction surgery after each shift though.

In manual mode all modes seem to shift the same to me. At least I don't notice a difference.
