Default Removing the headlights

I'm trying to remove my headlights on my 2012.5 CS and the removal tool doesn't seem to fit the unlocking screw at the headlight? What am I doing wrong? It seems like unlocking screw at the headlight is smaller than the tool provided in the kit. This is supposed to be an easy job?

Look in your manual, there are directions in there on how to remove them.

Thanks for the reply. I did try your recommendations prior to posting. Neither seem to work for me.

I had the same problem the first time I tried to remove one of the headlights. It turns out I was using the wrong hole. ("that's what she said" joke notwithstanding)

Tried "all holes" and still no luck. I can clearly see where the tool needs to go in and engage the locking device. I just can't seem to engage the tool?

Can't post a pix (don't know how)but the tool is the standard headlight removal tool in the tool kit. I'm going to the stealership tomorrow for help and probably get my "Dumb-***" card punched.

Harsh! Glad you figured it out OP. I'm sure that wasn't the first time the guy in the video removed the headlights!
