Looks like Porsche increased the Delivery, Processing and Handling fee by $200. The new fee shows when you go to build your car. Must have happened at the start of the new year. Mine is locked, so I believe I am ok.

Yes, Processing fee has gone up $200. All vehicles marked KF (Sold) prior to 12/31/2019 have price protection.
