Glad it's resolved. You'll be back in action again soon.

You know Jesus did grow up. Hahahaha love that part of the movie. Yes, glad it was diagnosed and not really a big job. Worst of it is taking the bumper, intake and other things out. Other than that, take pulley out, take out the seal and put in the new. Glad that’s it.

Is this an engine out service item? Maybe they just drop the PDK for access??

Depending our your service history and service requirements, now may be a good time to do some other maintenance items while "they are in there"? Might save you a few bucks. I'm thinking along the lines of plugs, serpt belt and engine filters. Just thinking out load.

I haven’t gotten the car back yet. It’s only a seal replacement. I think they remove the bumper, intake and exhaust to get to it.
LexVan, that’s a good idea, but I’m some time away from doing the belt and the plugs might be due next year.

Ha, imagine that. Well, I’ll just have to bring it back then. The process seems to be pretty straight forward from
what I was told. It’s just time consuming take the parts out of the way.

Glad to see they are so thorough...my car goes in on Monday for its last service prior to the end of my CPO. Wish me luck too!

Good luck with that buddy. My car was completed yesterday, but I won’t be able to pick it up until Saturday. I’ll let you guys know the total for the repair that was covered under the CPO.
