I've been wondering the same for a while. I believe usually the raffle is for speccable allocations, and they cover up to a certain price. This time it's cutting it very close to the end of production so it might be different.

They are out right now, on the way to surprising the first winner! License plate on the car in the PCA photo had Georgia plates (!).
