Default unable to upload photos

I hate to start a new thread however, I've been unable to locate any answer regarding this issue. From both my iPad and iMac, none of my photos seem to upload properly. They appear on my screen after choosing however, when I click upload in top right corner after choosing all photos, none of them appear and the attachments don't seem to be there.

Are you trying to upload all your photos at once? I have success doing one at a time. Slower to have to do the whole process for each photo, but it works for me.

I've tried 1 at a time and as many as 4 or 5, no luck.

Select the image icon first vs “manage attachments” and see if the pictures will post. You should be able to post multiple images vs one at a time.

I had the same prob few weeks ago despite having posted pics many times on here (using exact same devices). I ended up getting an app called "garage talk" and I can now post phots.
I would like to know still why I was suddenly unable bc this kind of techhie ****e baffles me.

Same with me. Its been hit or miss. Sometimes it works other times it does not. Very frustrating. Will try Sid's suggestion next time! Thanks Sid.

I was having the same issue too and like many unable to post pictures for no apparent reason. I too used the same devices and all of a sudden a month or so ago I wasn’t able to post my pictures. I reached out to Rennlist for support and the only thing they suggested is the format in which any update greater than iOS 11.*.* the default valid extension was no longer jpeg. Apple decided to change the format on the stored pictures with the latest iOS updates. There is a way to change the format for the stored pictures on Apple devices, but for 8s and up only, including the latest iPad.

Moving forward, use the image icon to attach images, and NOT the “Manage Attachments” button. I hope this helps answer your question. For now this appears to be the logical reason why I couldn’t attach pictures following the “Manage Attachments” format.

Thanks for the 'splanation. I'm using garage talk now as I mentioned and it works with ease. I think I tried every combination including the "icon" uploader previously to no avail.

I’m trying to upload photos in a reply post, and use the method described above. For some reason it doesn’t upload the photos to the post, but I do see that they are uploaded under my profile? What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
