I've done loads of dip projects with my past cars, including my current 991, and with each job I get a little better (quicker, cleaner, more professional looking). Here's a before and after shot when I did the rims, but you can also see the black stone guards. They're just a few layers of PlastiDip on top of the OEM clear stone guards. There's always a learning curve when trying stuff like this for the first time, but the amazing thing about PlastiDip is that if you make a mistake, you can just peel it off and start over again with no problem.
