It's going to spoil your airflow and performance if you change the engine grill. Just do the spoiler if you wish.
Now the question is if it's worth the extra money for such a minuscule change.

I am comparing with sport design and felt it was also very small difference but I guess it is more "stock" to the car than the gt3 spoiler.

Are you talking about the Gurney flap? I kind of like it and when I was driving behind a GT3 Touring car I couldn’t help but notice that the small flap has a disproportionate effect on the perceived size of the rear spoiler. It look a lot bigger when it is deployed. The GT3 Touring screen (and the 911R version) is what I really want to get a hold of, but with a custom GTS badge.
