Is something missing on my keyless go?

Go to the dealer and get a replacement, probably costs $1 plus $299 Porsche tax.

You are missing part B in this diagram. It covers the emergency key release mechanism that you are seeing.
It appears to be this part number: 970-618-959-00
See: https://www.renntech.org/forums/topi...er-of-this-is/
Here it is on the Gaudin Porsche web site, but the savings there are probably not worthwhile due to shipping cost. It is "only" $16.40 retail.

Guess you have to wait until you get it, but it appears to be the wrong part.
Storm's post above is the correct part number, I think.

Got this at a local dealer after all.
I'm guessing it may be the smallest most expensive part on my car.
Thanks for the help gang. My OCD can test for a bit.

I had a similar situation shortly after buying the car. I got the part and subsequently broke it while trying to install it.
This thread has inspired me to buy another and try again, armed with Storm’s instructions.
