Good thing Porsche did not hide the gas filler behind the rear license plate.

Couple of videos from out last storm on January 28th. Woke up at 3:30am to get out before the plows and rookies.

Leaving the stable. That 550 use to be my daily until I put snows on the 911 C4S.

Goofing around doing donuts in a lot. Amazing the turning radius, the fronts hold position while the tail spins around.

Cruising down I-294, nobody heading south to O'Hare.

Cheers.

Yes, its the M1.

https://www.escortradar.com/collecti...ge/products/m1

I picked up a dash mount 360C and the side mount for the M1. Wanted to test a few before doing an installed one. If I do an installed; not really a fan of modifications.

My first time in winter ties with any car this winter. What was I thinking!! 911 with Michelin Alpines. To be completely frank, I enjoy these tires more than my summer cup 2s on daily street driving. They are grippy from the get go no matter how cold outside. Cup 2 s are wonderful but they need time to warm up on colder days. Not with these winter tires. Ready from the get-go. And no more acorns this winter lol

Bah. It wasn’t an accident. That’s my driveway. I was curious to see how far I could make it. I got stuck. Bonehead move.

Good try!

But you need the plow attachment.

Ahhh...so you can't use a 911 as a snow plow.

Default Testing the tires

Had a brake check this morning on snow covered roads in Pittsburgh when the first of four deer jumped the guardrail across my path. The Michelin Alpin winters are pretty solid and had no problem stopping (with a little antilock buzzing) to let them pass.

PA4’s. Its not the tires fault. Its the drivers fault.
