I don’t think there is any maybe or perhaps about it. I totally think this is the case. There are guys that spec’d their T’s with PDK and rightly love them for what they are and keeping them. Then there are guys that bought them to daily, etc. just like any car. I think it is a few of those that we are seeing for sale. Then there are the guys that either spec’d or bought MT to covet or flip, so they’ve been moved on for the new shiny, which are the majority of the ones we see popping up. Then there are the largest percentage of the rest of us...

Looking at a Carerra T at a local dealer (independent). Looked up the Manheim auction info and based on pix, previous owner was from California with "911 2 T" as their plates. Anyone know if the owner is on here?

No, VINs usually don't go in the order produced... Yours looks like # 9 of 319 based on the info here:

When I bought my car I had no idea how rare it actually is. Only 11 manual transmission Miami Blue cars. Pretty cool. How did you figure it was #9? That link only took me to my build sheet.
