Maybe, "we the people" should start suing the a_s off of these local community officials. It may result in a better return than diminished value claims. I go to town meetings and these "tree huggers" make me sick. They care more about the animals than residents, children or the property damage these tick carrying animals cause to human beings, cars and landscaping.

I've never understood this logic. An accident is an accident, whether it's on the CarFax or not. The owners knows regardless. Are you suggesting someone has a $10,000 repair bill, pays it out of pocket, and tells the next buyer, "I have a clean CarFax report"?
Yes, if the deer has insurance coverage. We know a thing or two, because we've seen a thing or two.

Another vote for Cavellos -they have two shops, both are Porsche certified and CJ is at the West Chester location - have used them for years, exceptional work.

I hit a moose on the road between Anchorage and Seward back in my college days in my VW Rabbit. Ripped the top of the car back. I happened to duck when it hit and I believe it saved my life. When it was all over I straightened up and hit the back of my head on the crumpled roof. Even now in low light days, mail boxes and stuff on the side of the highway look like moose coming onto the road.

Those things scared the crap out of me: nearly invisible in dusk/dark conditions, oblivious to cars, and built like a big steer on stilts. On a grey, rainy day I almost got one with my 3/4 ton Suburban near Sutton. Panic stop from 70 to 0 left about 5 feet between my bumper and the moose, who never flinched.
