Wondering if anyone here has a suggestion since I am pretty picky what I want, even though it just has to be a thin black frame for my rear license plate. I found an old ad in the classifieds for Fast Friends Garage (https://ffgarage.com/collections/license-plate-frames) that has some that seem to be what I want, and he offers us a discount: anyone bought one or have a recommendation? I checked the local auto parts stores, Walmart, etc. and I bought on online in the past and it was crap.

I don't use plate frames anymore but years ago when I had a BMW, I had their slimline frame (no BMW logo at all) in black and it was good quality. I assume it's still the same...worth a look.

I spent hours online looking for a good quality black metal slimline frame without letters or logos. Only one I could find was at Porsche when I was in for a service, it doesn't show up at Suncoast or any other parts website. Had to special order it from the dealer. Comes with rubber spacers and screw covers. Part number is: PNA 703 002 03 (Black Stainless Steel)
